About me

I run my own law practice, specializing in Business Transactions and Intellectual Property.  If you need guidance controlling the essential functions of a business, want to protect or commercialize trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property, I can help.

I meet the most incredible people and am constantly learning about the world through them. They are passionate about their work and want to contribute to their industries. I am lucky to be a small part of the process.

Also, I volunteer for the Palo Alto Area Bar Association, where we try to help the community with various events, fundraisers and pro bono clinics.

As for the rest, I love doing everything — and good thing too: friends, family, clients and colleagues are all brainiacs so I have to hustle to keep up!
